does anyone know where i can get a 7" screen that will fit where my stock radio does now in my 01 a4? all the 7 in monitors are +5" in height. i need somethign under 9/16's. or if anyone has taken the radio out do i have clearence behind the radio like above my thermostat control or below my hazard and fog light panel. if anyone has any info i would greatly appreciate it!

there is enuff room i just have no idea to how to mount and the rest of the crap with it tho...

If you want to custom fab a screen into your car the best way to do it is either ghetto rig it into your glove box..... which is kinda tacky, or do it the good way and build it into your dash. There are a couple options, but the best site i found for it is http://mp3car.com/ . they have a forum on their where you can search for audi fabrications and get some ideas and stuff.
