Get a real turbo or none at all. The GTRS and GT71R in the end cost about the same as a normal gt28rs kit when all is said and done. If it is a money issue, just get a t-series turbo then (t3s60 or 50trim).

I'm telling you man, don't do a level10 upgrade. Find a bigger turbo that will spread the power more thoroughly over your RPM band.

I actually had this discussion with Nate not too long ago, he suggested a 57trim t3t4 turbo. The reason for that as opposed to the 50trim is because it will provide just as much power as the 50trim, but at a lower PSI. And, you won't be going above ~ 20psi with the tiptronic transmission. Plus, it's cheaper. More power for less money, who could ask for anything else?

i thought about going the t3/t4 route but it is i am unsure exactly what i sould get (Brand, trim, Ect) also the supporting items like the manifold, injectors, and tune where as the elim is a complete kit, i have read the newb guide and the BT guide and it seems easyer to buy a kit

just spend some time on the phone with 034 and they will be able to help you get exactly what you want.
