Default headlights

I have 1997 a6 quatrro the head lights are not working I think it may be a fuse or a relay. It may be the switch but I want to check the easiest things first. Any ideas where the fuse and relay location are on this model?

It looks like it's in the same location as the C5 and many other Audi's.

Side of the dash on the drivers side. Open the door and you should see the cover that you have to pry off.
