Default Where to Buy an Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor (EGT)
I am looking to replace my passenger side EGT. It is throwing a code to illuminate the check engine light. Money is a little tight and I don't want to pay a fortune. I found it online for around $300. Is there anywhere that I can get it cheaper? Maybe used?

I drive an 01 A6 2.7T

For used ones, try Force5auto.com, shokan.com, or....Ebay. There are plenty recyclers who sell parts on Ebay.
