Did N249 delete, couple q's
I did the N249 delete and it was pretty straight forward. Got a couple questions regaurding some more clean up...
The charge pipe is aluminum right? I want to weld up the hole where my DV used to vent to so I dont have a little piece of hose and crap.
In the pic, the black thing connects the 2 breather ports to the tip. So this can be removed and a CC goes there?
And whats the thing circled? Assuming something for the sai cause its connected to the N112(?) mounted under the plate bolted to the mani.
Thanks.

NOT right on all counts.
The charge pipe IS NOT aluminum.
And its secondary air injection, not exhaust gas recirculation.
Also, I'll sell you a SAI blockoff plate for $20 shipped. Stainless steel, no o-ring groove like the fancy ones you see online for $70, but if you reuse the steel washer from the stock piece with a little high temp gasket goop, it works fine. PM me if your interested.
$70 for a walnut sized piece of aluminum is insane.

Its stainless, haven't looked close enough to see which grade.
If you change your mind on the SAI at some point, let me know, offer stands. Take me a day to cut it, deburr the edges, and put a brushed finish on it. Otherwise, should be quick to ship.

Alright thanks, Ill let you know if I do. Im curious how it knows if there is "improper flow" All it does is pump air from the air box to the exhuast side of the head right? If you replace the N112 and sai pump with resistors, where is the sensor that knows if there is air being pumped (or lack thereof)
