When I changed the fuel filter, I pulled down on the tank pretty good to try to remove the filter as the infamous fuel filter hold down bracket bolt is totally rusted, finally had to just pry back the plastic and pull down the filter to change, put it all back together and works fine, except, of corse there is always, an except , when you fill the tank it pours out the top of the tank somewhere, and after a driving a little it stops, but still get a gas smell, can't figure out what I did, so I figure I need to remove the tank to be able to see whats going on, unless someone has a better idea, and I can't seem to get the tank down. I removed all the straps, I see a plate above the differential if I unbolt that will i be able to slide it forward??
