Question Another rough idle problem

Hello all!

I am new to this forum and I need HELP!!! I have a 1990 Audi 200 Quattro with 148,500 miles on it. Lately I have been experiencing rough idle issues while parked or stopped at a light. Also, when accelerating from stop there is a high pitched squealing noise that lasts for several seconds and then disappears. This noise also happens if I turn on the front or rear defroster.

At first I thought it may have been a fan or timing belt issue. I sprayed the belts with a belt spray and that solved problem temporarily (at least when accelerating from a stop, but not when defrosters are on).

Now the following indicator lights come on: battery, antilock off and brake. I noticed the hydraulic fluid is below the minimum level, and going to get some today. Brake, transmission and radiator fluids are full.

Anyone experience something similar? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
