Default 2002 Audi TT FWD clutch options

Needing to put a new clutch in my TT. Do any of you guys have any recommendations ? I'm running a full Apr stage 3 set up with 2.5 miltech exhaust 007 diverter valve racing intercooler. Neuspeed sway bars stop tec brakes , short shifter amongst a few other things I'm pushing around 350 + HP and looking to get some nos running through her soon but first the clutch. I previously had a Spec stage 2+ on it with the 12 lbs flywheel it was on there for about 13 years but in that time only put 7,000 miles on it. I got jept from a transmission shop was told it all went bad and needed a new clutch system for it. I got an Act stage 3 that went bad in about 800 miles. I was wanting to go back to the Spec and coming across a few different stage 2+ , along with different flywheels. Want to get the lightest possible but not sure how the car will react. Any ideas or recommendations ? Thanks a bunch
