Default Removing the brake pedal switch?

Following my previous thread about accessing the switch, i can now get to the switch but i can't remove it.

Its a 2 pin, long white type, that seems to be held with a metal bracket inside the brake pedal box housing.

Do i need to remove the switch from the clip, or does the clip come out too?

I've tried pulling on it, but don't want to break anything

Try disconnecting the wires from the brake switch, then unscrewing it.

Now that sounds waaayy to simple i thought i was looking for some complicated over engineered doo hickey.

I noticed the switch actually looks like a long plastic screw, but that seemed to obvious.

Thanks man, i'll give it a go
