Default misfire CELs w/ vagcom readings / logs

hey guys - had this posted in computer / fuel but no one really looks there so i figure ill post it here too:

I just bought this car a few weeks ago. the previous owner put in Piper Cams 272* - which i have been told should not throw codes

all mods are in my sig

right now it is pulling p0300 - combustion misfire.... p0302 misfire cyl2 ... m0304 misfire cyl 4

when i first got it (before replacing anything) it was pulling p0300 0301 0302 0303 and 0304

ive replaced all spark plugs with BRK7E gapped to .028....replaced all 4 coil packs with new ones....

im looking for other suggestions... i need to get this gone by 5/18 so i can register it, i have temp tags now

REPLACED SO FAR:
- all 4 coil packs
- ICM
- spark plugs (bkr7e @ 0.028 gap)
- ECT or CTS whatever you want to call it... COOLANT TEMP
- Cleaned MAF
