Force limp mode?

Default Force limp mode?
Long story short - I find myself needing to force my B6 A4 into limp mode without running the engine. I have vag-com and a cable. Is this possible?

prob. would be a useful tool for a shady repair shop haha...

ps. i hate shady mechanics! (hope you're not one haha)
