Hi everyone,
I am new to Audi world. I picked up a 1991 Audi 200 20V Turbo Quattro Avant w/ 3B engine in it off a buddy of mine. Great shape inside and out.

He had informed me that I needed to change the front outer CV boot and I figured it wouldn't be too bad.

Needless to say, the axle bolt may be cross threaded inside the outer cv. I haven't tackled getting it out to see if there is damage to internal threads or not.

Anyways, anyone have any information at all on getting a new outer CV/Axle Assembly. I am having one hell of a time.
I can't find anything for it, I need advice on other models(89-91, 100,200,V8 Quattros) that will work for what I need.

Engine runs strong, it would be such a waist to have to total a car over a front cv......

Any advice is much appreciated!
