Can anyone recoment a good manufacturer of a S/Steel exhaust for a 2.8 audi coupe Quattro 92. I am hoping to get the CAT replaced as well, will this increase the power at all.

Any advice is welcome

 

If you are looking for a performance exhaust Stebro (stebro.net) makes some pretty nice exhausts, only problem is they are a bit pricey(but so is a replacement stock exhaust) for a cat back system they run between600-700. Also a high flow cat will set you back a lot as well. If you just need a replacement OE cat I would check out DiscountConverter.com. I was able to find a direct fit cat for 160.00 for my audi 80Q, about 100 cheaper than any where else. Also to answer your question on performance increase, yes it would help and increase hp/torque in adding a performance exhaust, but dont expect a huge increase, probably at most an 8hp increase.
