Default '01 Allroad suspension

Hi all, having trouble with suspension, I replaced one rear air bag before Christmas and front right 2 weeks ago I can't get the suspension reset either with Audi or VW . Audi can't get into the system and VW can get in but it won't let them reset it. The car is riding bad on the road and diving when breaking, when I go over 50 it stays at level 3 on the left hand side and goes to level 1 on right hand side. Any thoughts on this.

we really need the fault codes for this one, if audi cannot access the ECU initial thoughts are it may have an internal error fault, but no good guessing, also if it auto lowers at 50MPH from 3 then that sounds like its possible almost working but a stuck valve on the LH side

is the error light on?

can you get a fault scan to read and clear the fault codes and let us know what codes come back

best regards

Andy
