Default Anti-theft alarm off for no reason...

Hello:

2002 Allroad manual 6-speed 137K miles - love the car. Recently, the alarm system started misbehaving, going off for no reason, and now more often than before. I lock the car for an errand (everything seems fine) and can hear it go off or see the flashing turn signals within 30mns. Tried to turn off the motion sensor, still doing it. Took it to the dealer for a diagnostic: $115 later, I have a list of 12 error codes for just about every sensor randomly showing up in the memory bank. Dealer couldn't pinpoint a fault. My feeling is that there is something at the control module level causing a spike, like a bad ground. Has anyone experienced this type of failure?

I have an issue with the factory keyless entry, 99 a6 quattro. First my keyfob wont work. i recently swapped the batteries and it work for a couple of weeks. then it just stopped. i went for another two weeks locking my car from the outside and the little red blinker on the door was working and the a honking sound. now i doesnt do anything. it just locks the door. the lights inside car on work when i open the door. they wont work if i turn them manually. also when i open the door with the key on it wont display that the door is open. :/ im so frustrated.

Default Did you ever find the issue?

Did you ever find out what it was?
