Default Help.... Should I buy of wait for another!!!!

Okay so here is the issue.... I have found a:
2003 Audi allroad 2.7t
Automatic
76k

At a little side dealership in my area. The Carfax is clean 2 owners. Second owner did quite a few repairs under the extended warranty what exactly I still searching. The issue is one of dealers that serviced call advised me that they recommend that both turbo's be replaced and the owner only replaced the one at 70k. The price on the car is good but I am not sure I should pull the trigger and buy it asking (8900.00).

70k seems really earlier for the turbos to go and they only replaced.

Any suggestions on the car. I was thinking of trying to get dealer to replace the other turbo before delivery.

Sounds like a good deal. Regardless, it's the repair costs for the allroad that'll get ya. Hope you have a good Audi mechanic that you trust. Better yet, learn to DIY.

I heard the 2.7T does have issues with the turbos. if you can get the dealer replace it at reasonable cost or free, go for it.

Personally, i haven't had any issues with the turbos on mine. My 2.7T is at 110K miles. So far, the drivetrain has been flawless. The air suspension has been my source of woes. If it breaks again, i'm thinking of converting to a conventional fixed suspension.

Good luck with your decision. It's a car that you will love for sure(and hate at times! LOL).

I would jump on it. My allroad has 165k and the turbos are still golden. In fact, I just did the GIAC Stage 1 ECU flash and the car feels like a V8....all without the bad gas mileage.

I'm at 260K on my Allroad with original turbos, GIAC-X and O.ct tunes and zero issues, so turbo replacement at 70K, seems awfully early. It could be that the stealership was trying to take advantage of the previous owner? Anyway, $8,900.00 for a 2003 in "Excellent" condition seems reasonable to me. Just be ready to learn how to DIY the air suspension. Best of luck!!
