Default multifunction switch

My reverse lights, back-up sensor, and mirror curb locator don't work. The dealer i use to go to told me it was "internal fault w/selector position sensor" And they'd need to replace the multifunction switch.

Anyone ever do this? I located were it bolts into the tranny but i have no idea were the pigtail is. I want to check the pigtail connection to make sure this dealer just didn't unplug it. They've done some pretty shaddy things to my car already.

pics are always great and any help would be awesome. Thanks.
