So I just bought a 2002 Allroad. It's my first Audi, hence my following questions...

1) It has the Symphony II audio system. I want to install a double din cd/nav/dvd. What have people done, and what kits, harnesses, dash kits are needed?

2) Where can I buy factory replacement parts. I've searched loads of OEM part shops for Audi's but can't find these...rear door ash trays (mine wont stay closed), head/fog light **** (a bit of white is showing from the orig. black worn off), fron center console side pieces (I'm missing the one closest to the front passenger), pop up cup holder (near the e-brake, this also will not close).

I have scoured the site and have not seen anything specific to Allroads.

You should replace it with RNS-E. You'll need A6 version.
