I have the same issue. The car shakes only on acceleration, never while coasting or maintaining speed. The faster I accelerate the more it shakes. No it's not my tires, it happened with the old tires, got new ones and still no difference. Tried fuel cleaners, oil changes, plugs, and air cleaner, now I'm going to try the axles. The car shakes like the motor is going to fall out, only on heavy acceleration and going up hills, and also from the start unless I accelerate slowly. Only has 106,000 miles. Anyone want to buy it? Lol I can't believe how slow these cars are. Does anyone experience this issue with a standard transmission or only the automatics? I have the 6 speed automatic. I have no check engine lights, and no codes on my code reader.

 

Replacing the front right inner CV joint did not solve it. The engine light came on and a trip to the dealership, on a tow truck, was required. My OBD2 reader showed a misfire cylinder #1. Turned out the shaking was a recurring misfire. The injector was going and eventually went for good. I had all 4 injectors replaced as preventive repair. Word of advice: DO NOT BY INJECTORS AT THE DEALER. They charge me 181$ for each injector. Total cost of the repair 1758$. I find the exact same injectors at partsavatar.ca for 81$ each. The SAME ones; O.E. made by Bosch.
Car works A1 now.
