vibration, through steering wheel

Default vibration, through steering wheel

having a problem with 03 allroad. getting vibration at highway speed but not all the time. checked cv boots and axles, look good. any thoughts

Tires could be worn, wheel could be out of balance, upper and lower tie-rod ends could be going out, wheel bearing (is there any play in the wheel when you rock it side to side with your hands at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position or the 12 and 6 position). Those are just some things to look for. Rotate your tires if you can't visually find anything wrong and see if you get the vibration.
