Default 2008 S4 avant help

hey,

i'm a proud new owner of a 2008 s4 avant 4.2 v8.

looking into doing a few after market upgrades....

i was thinking
1-chip
2-intake
3-exhaust

any suggestions out there? i looked at milltech and apr for the exhaust, but i have no idea which is better or what my other alternatives even are.

any help would be greatlyt appreciated...

Default Car Stuff

There are a lot of alternatives. Check AWE Tuning, Achtuning, Stratmosphere. and MTM. MTM is by far the most expensive but still really good stuff.

I have used APR/Milltek on my 01 S4 and now 03 RS6. great gains and the exhaust is low and deep and not loud. I don't know about the B6 and on performance gains but with the 01 S4 the milltek was rated highest in both torque and horse on the dyno testing as for the software I would go with MTM if I had that kind of money but you can't go wrong with the APR. GIAC also does software and is popular with the 2.0 and 1.8 Ts. Other than that it is mostly preference. Call Achtuning in Redmond, WA and talk to Skyler 877.722.488. He is very helpful and will steer you in the right direction. Good luck.

Thanks man. I'm thinking of going with Satsis because it doesn't disrupt the audi warranty...

it's really coming don to MTM or Stasis, any suggestions between those two?
