225 TT transmission for sale. Comes with final drive, fluid, and throw out bearing. I think it was a 2003 TT. The vehicle hit a rock driving out 620 and cracked the case near the drain plug. I'm going to see if the case can be welded. Only half of the casing is damaged, so if it can't be welded then that half of the casing can just be replaced. I'm not sure how much work would have to be done as far as shimming the gears. The replacement for the whole transmission was almost $5k so if any of you are looking for a replacement this is probably more cost effective. The price is negotiable, I'm asking $1k. I'm going to try and have it welded next week.
