I'm selling a set of 4 like-new ignition coils. I got them to fix misfire problems but it turned out to be a cracked hose. Only had them in for a couple miles. They are made by Hamburg Technic. I can accept Paypal payments.

Set of 4 for $150, free shipping.

They're for the AEB engine. Not sure if they work for other engine codes. The part number is: 058 905 105

Can I ask what hose was cracked? I'm having some misfire issues myself and coils didn't help. Let me know, thanks.

It was the crank case breather hose, I got it off ECS tuning. I think it's one of the more common hoses to develop leaks and cracks and it's difficult to see. Misfires can be caused by many many things though.

My car was at the shop for engine repairs due to stripped timing belt (bad). I got the list of parts that needed to be replaced and the crankcase breather hose was one. I did not replace it myself. But when I got my parts back after the repairs were done, that hose was severely cracked. From what I've read that can cause misfires. I already tried new coilpacks, new ICM, new spark plugs, new ECM, and cleaning the MAF before the timing belt went out, so I figured a major boost leak at this hose was most likely the problem. I could be wrong though, I'm not an expert, just tried a lot of stuff. The crankcase breather hose I believe is below the intake manifold.
