Not really interested in trading, but just curious as to why you want to trade?

 

I want the torque of GIAC rather than the HP of APR. I love my APR to death but I would like to see what GIAC has to offer.

 

I never really knew they were that different. I thought it was more a matter of which letters you liked better. I went with GIAC simply because there was an Audi performance place here that would put em in in an hour or two. Oh, and the torque of a GIAC chip isn't too helpful when you have a front-trak[sm=icon_rofl.gif] Traction is more or less nonexistant.

 

fronttrak??? laughing? funny thing is...even w/ his lack of traction...he could still wax you.

i know ive raped many a4's w/ quattro, we are 300 lbs lighter...maybe lose in turns and ****, but straight away's....bye bye.

 

He def wouldnt wax me for ****. I walk front tracks all the time. Youd be surprised but the manifold, hfc, exhaust, mbc, and other little things add up. Im only worried about turbo upgraded a4s, no other scare me too much.

 

I think what he was meaning is a front-trak with just a chip will kill a quattro with just a chip. If you check the timeslips section in the links at the top, you'll see that my front-trak is a full second faster in the quarter than a quattro chipped. In fact, now that I look at it, none of the 1.8t's listed are even within a half second of my time.

 

I'm the one with the front-trak, I was laughing at myself for buying a FWD Audi.

 

seeing as both of us are FWD, i believe we are both nuts. ...yet 300 lbs quicker .

 

they only take us in the turns b/c of the upgraded suspension. now as for snow, we got no chance
