This is a standard K03 that I just replaced with a K03s from my other car (which has a K04 now). The only problem is that one of the bolts snapped that attaches the turbo to the manifold. I haven't tried to extract it, but I have it soaking in PB Blaster. No shaft play. Great condition. Looking for $100 shipped.

i received the turbo but its cracked? do you have another? the crack is all the way through to the other side of the housing. this is you picture with the damage circled.

 

Wow! I never saw that. Maybe it cracked when I snapped the bolt or tried to extract it. I've sent you a full refund and you can keep the turbo. Maybe you can use parts from your old turbo to get it working.

No, problem. I see from the picture that it was cracked before I tried to extract the bolt. So, it probably cracked when I snapped the bolt.

 

If there's a cracked turbo floating around with a wastegate and actuator on it I could REALLY use that wastegate and actuator. My turbo wastegate is sounding the death rattle and I'd really like to replace it as cost effectively as possible. BTW- It is relieving to see a problem remedied so professionally. I'm always worried making transactions on forums.
