how can you get 15 hp gain out of it, i understand the psi thing but the gain?

 

well by raising your boost in turn you are gaining hp

say $5 for shipping? if its more I'll pay it but it shouldnt be as you know its a very small part

Neither the N75 H (race valve) or the J valve give 15hp gains. Yes it ups boost a little, but more boost doesnt always mean more power. The n75 H and J valves smooth out boost delivery and eliminate most spiking. It does improve driving though, boost comes on much stronger and is very smooth. A very worthwhile investment. I bought mine for $45 shipped btw
