I probably have what you need! Half of the six the pistons were left unaffected by the broken valves that messed up the right bank (see pic below) but I have yet to clean any of them up. I'll be completing the disassembly this morning and should soon know if there's a piston/conrod assy. worth sending your way.

FWIW, I've rebuilt a lot of engines over the decades but I've never seen anything like the main bearing cap-to-block tolerances of this 2.7! 4-bolt mains, main caps buttressed by the engine block and so snug it borders on overkill. What a bottom end! No wonder these engines live through all the power mods thrown at them!

That sounds great.
My brother purchased a 00 with a blown timing belt. The collision occurred on the right bank also...go figure.(if by right bank you mean:drivers).
Any way 1 piston/head showsome scarring similar to your pictures. I'm really torn between using tig and grinding the surface plane...but im concerned with the isolated heat caused while welding. It makes more sense to buy one used. I really only need the piston but if the price is right i'll take the rod also. Feel free to call if you like 518-368-7150
thanks

Nope. Sorry. No dress-up stuff came with it. Just the engine and a bunch of the ancillary parts ...

I'm only parting out a 2.7t engine that I've dismantled. No car parts - just engine parts ...
