Wtb: Exhaust and rims

i am looking for a full catback exhaust for 1999 audi a4 1.8t quattro avant. also rims for same car. looking for something in so-cal if not willing to go elsewhere.

I have a pair of 17' S4 rims. what are you looking to spend? there in pritty good condition but have minor curb rash.
