1999.5 (1-piece Headlights) Pair

The story goes as follows....

I sold these for 220$ shipped. Upon arrival the seller informed me one of them was damaged. How, I have no clue I PACKAGED THEM TO DEATH!!! (he even told me he was shocked at how protected they were)

He does not want to FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS. So I am refunding him. Before sale. Lights were 100% working & PROJECTED FINE.

Now, he told me the "LENSE" is split/cracked in half. The pictures are what they are.(Ill be honest is doesnt look like the lense is damaged to me looks more like a piece of film or something) Maybe this is a 25$ fix I dont know. IM not a light expert that being said I am looking for reasonable offers.
