This is off of a 2002 Audi A6 that was in an accident. The only thing wrong with it is the bottom clip is broken but the top ones that screw in are fine and will support the headlamp perfectly and everything else is mint!. It will come assembled with the headlamp, hid bulb, ballast, and the hid bulb from the other side which remained intact. So your getting one good complete Xenon headlamp and the hid bulb from the passengers side as well.
