B5 99.5-2001.5 One Piece Headlights (Like New)

I'm selling a practically new set of B5 headlights. These lights have no damage and look practically new. I will consider all reasonable offers.

Are these for HID's or halogen?

They are projector style headlights made to support HID's. But I am not selling ballasts and bulbs with the headlights.
