i'd like to do 650$ shipped and resprayed meaning mint condition theres no dents or knicks in it my car was just real low so the bottom is all scratched up i will respray the whole bumper an do it the right way

 

i know i put 250$ but now that i think about it that a little low ECS want 900$ for a new bumper shipped so i think 650$ shipped + resprayed would be a fair deal also considering you'd have to paint their bumper also
