This is an add-on to your stock lower bumper. It is very simple to install the only thing you need is double sided tape. It sits on similar to a votex kit. Not so flush near the end where it wraps up to the wheel well.
It is painted silver.

sorry for the late response. I am located in Fort Wright KY and YES, I believe it fits all A4 models (b6) as it is just a lip spoiler.
