vvme HID kits are for all cars. Different cars may have different headlight housings, but the bulb sizes are universal. (For example, an H1 Bulb on an RSX is the same as a H1 bulb on a mazda) The only thing not universal is how they mount the bulb, some customization may be required from car to car.
I installed VVME HIDs on my '04 B6 A4 and i had to drill through the low beam cover ( i can pretty much guarantee that you will have to do this with all HID kits for my car)
for reference, B6 A4's have H7 bulbs for low beams, and H11 bulbs for fog lights
