'01 Audi A6 CD based Factory Navigation unit. I bought it off E-bay and powered it up, it works and has the right code with it. Have the Navi unit, a Western Canada Disc and a printed out form of installation guide.

I have a 2002 A4 1.8T. Would this work for my car? Also how does it work, do you have to have a cd inserted to use the navigation? Sorry, I don't know much about nav systems.

 

Not sure if it would fit your car and yes the cd has to be in it, so you would have to run a cd changer.
