This auction is for a Symphony II radio from an Audi A6. This unit includes a 6-CD changer built right in, and will also control an external changer if you wish. It has a cassette tape player and obviously supports AM/FM radio with RDS text. This is the newer version that has XM/Sirius functionality, but a separate XM or Sirius tuner is required for it to work (NOT INCLUDED). This will fit "plug and play" into 2002-2004 A6 cars. If your car does not currently support SAT radio, some extra wiring will be required for you to connect a SAT tuner, but it can be done. This radio can also be installed into a 2000-2001 A6 with some additional minor rewiring (easy for the average DIY person). The headunit is in perfect working order and was removed from the donor car to replace with a new navigation unit. This radio can be installed into an A3, A4, or A8 but a different faceplate would be required to fit properly in the dash.
