Bose Symphony Amplifier from my 2001.5 Audi A4 (B5) The part number is AMP, 3600, B5E, and/or 8D0 035 225A . This amp is also used in other Audi Symphony equipped cars, but I don't know which ones (you'd have to match the part numbers).

I removed this amp from my car recently, while I was putting in a new audio setup. That is the only reason I took this amplifier out. It works exactly as it should. There are no defects at all - and this amp is in excellent condition.
