here is what you will need to do if you decide to use it
1) Download the .zip file from that website above
2) Unzip the files
3) Burn the following files on a CD-R at a slow speed and make sure to finalize the disc
INDEX.TXT
LOADING.KWI
LDM.BIN
00.VNS
xxxxxxxx.MOT
4) Stick update CD in RNS-E, wait a few minutes and it should start the update automatically.
