RADIO IS STUCK TRIED EVERYTHING!! need Serial number

I tried the tool but the radio doesnt come out... is there any other way to take it out wihtout breaking anything? I just need the radio serial number where else can i get it from?

what tool did you use? there's radio removal keys you're supposed to use to get it out.
