XM receiver for 07 A4

XM receiver for 07 A4
Does anyone know if the audi 8E0 035 593 A will plug into the harness in my A4 and work through the Audi Symphony? Just returned from BestBuy and they don't have anything to install in this car, and prefer XM over Sirius.
Also my dealership wants like $800 to install a Sirius box (what?? are they on crack?)
Any help is appreciated...
