Looking for XM reciever for 2007 A6 with MMI & Navigation. Can someone help? Antenna leads are there, but don't have the unit in the back.

I just purchased a used 07 A4 2.0T. It has the Audi Symphony sound system, but not the Sirius SAT module. Can you hook me up with a module and instructions on how to install it? Thank you in advance for your help! I called Audi parts and now have the part number I need: 8E0035593F
