OEM B5 Audi Roof Rack

I have an Audi OEM roof rack with out the holders. It fits B5 models, was on my 2001 s4. This is the two OEM audi rails with nothing on them. It is slightly used. Asking 150 obo.

What do you mean without the holders? Will it attach to my roof as is and then I'll just have to buy something else?
