actually now i think paypal changed their policy, i sold something on ebay and the buyer wasnt happy so they filed a dispute, once the dispute was opened, my paypal balance went to -200$ so really if paypal is in your favor on a dispute the seller looses eitherway if they have money in the account or not

Deal was done over Audi Forums, and paypal, The exchange was my APR ECU for 300.00 and stock ECU. got the 300.00 and ECU but ECU was defective! what to do?
