they come unassembled

i have assembled some and they are very easy.

Generic instructions:
1. File down burrs on the backplate
2. File about 1mm from the back of the spinning impeller to accommodate
the washer.
3. Using needle file, smooth out the impeller hole
4. Place impeller on long machine screw, then washer, and screw into
backplate.
5. Flip upside down, apply dab of threadlock into the chain hole on the
other side of the backplate, use short machine screw to hold chain and
ring to the backplate.
6. Glue backplate to the compressor housing, flip upside down and let dry.
(this is important to prevent excessive threadlock and glue from seating
onto the impeller)
