History
As you can see from the Carfax, this car was purchased as certified pre-owned by second owner from the original dealer -- Audi of Willow Grove (I've been there, nice dealership). I spoke to service department and they indicated that it was 100% serviced there as the CarFax seems to indicate. Presumably all maintenance was always performed as it was always under either initial or certified pre-owned warranty. When the car was traded in to the dealer, it went to auction and was picked up by a dealer in the same area that sold it to me in May of 2010. I paid cash and have the title in hand.

I work from home and have for years so I do not commute and do not put many miles on my cars. I've driven the car 15K miles in 2.5 years. The car has been very trouble free for me and I've taken very good care of it. I service it at a local shop nearby that has a very good BMW certified mechanic (who has also worked on a BMW for me). I'm the type of owner that always tells the shop to do whatever is needed as I can afford to do so. Here is what I've done since I've owned the car:

(I have all records for all of this and those will convey to the new owner)

- 6 ignition coils replaced for free by Audi as part of a recall campaign
- Hazard flasher switch relay (self installed)
- All regular oil changes, filters, etc.
- Two new front tires less than one month ago (rear tires look fine)
- $185 exterior detail (interior didn't need it) less than one month ago including clay bar treatment
- Front bumper removed, sanded and re-sprayed (2011)

As far as I know this car has only ever been in one accident and it was very, very minor. In 2011 someone pulled away from a stop sign while looking the opposite direction his vehicle was traveling. I was completely stopped and the other driver nudged my front bumper at walking speed. The resulting damage was really just a scratch to the front bumper and a bit of black mark from opposing car's tire. It was as minor as an accident can be and you could have done more damage with a shopping cart. Nevertheless, the other driver paid $608 for a very fine re-spray of the front bumper. A few years of minor bumper scratches disappeared with a perfect match paint job on the front bumper.

I knocked off the cap from the roof antennae when backing out of the garage too soon. As you can see in the photos, I didn't do the tidiest job of gluing it back on/sealing it from rain. It has not leaked and was sealed well, but the extra sealant could be removed with the right solvent. Other than that, the back bumper has the usual scrapes on it as you can see in the photos. I WOULD CONSIDER HAVING THE BACK BUMPER RE-SPRAYED at my cost for the right buyer. The shop did such a great job with the front bumper and color match that it is tempting to have them touch up the back to make the car's paint nearly perfect (see photos for proof).

This car has been garaged kept and since I work from home it is rarely away from the garage for any period of time. When I park it at the airport, I park it in covered parking. It has been hand washed regularly. It has never been smoked in. EVERYTHING IN THE CAR WORKS. The CD changer works, everything works. Heated seats (front and rear!) work great. The interior has almost no visible wear. Dash pixels are perfect and the radio is missing only one line of pixels. The STEREO IS AMAZING. I think it has 10 speakers. Actually, I think the stereo in this car is better than the stereo in the luxury car I just purchased.

This A6 Avant (Audi for station wagon) is a very practical car, good for kids, dogs, sports, you name it. This TipTronic 3.0 liter Quattro with 220 HP is very nimble as well. The Quattro drive (4 wheel) is great and the car sticks to the road. I'm not currently driving the car as I have others so it is sitting warm and dry INSIDE in one of 4 enclosed garage spots that I have.

ASKING: $12K OBO

If you are interested, please reply back with some indication of a cash offer. If you need a few days to get cash or financing together, I can hold the car for you until you can pick it up in Charleston, SC. If I don't reply back to your message, please do not take offense -- it only means I had better offers to reply to.

Best regards.

PS -- reason for sale. . .I bought a newer V8 BMW
PPS - I have the complete manual and other documents that came with the car, three original keys, original window sticker
