MOVING TO NYC AND SELLING MY AUDI. I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!

My '07 Audi A4 with 54k miles has been thoroughly maintained as per Audi standards since I purchased it October '08 in Atlanta, GA as a certified pre-owned vehicle. I have all paperwork to prove the maintenance and pre-owned status.

MAINTENANCE
Every 10k miles the standard services has been done at a certified Audi dealership (Jim Ellis-Atlanta and Langan Audi-Latham). The car has recently gone through the 55k service and has received new brakes (f&r), new windshield wiper blades, and tires in July '10.

INTERIOR
Tan leather. I am a nonsmoker, so the car does not have any burns, ash, or weird smells. I also do not have any children, so the car has mainly been used for me to drive to/from work. I have both audi winter rubber mats and the standard carpet mats, so the carpet condition is very good with no rips, stains or burns. The leather interior also has no defects, given I have been the main driver so the interior is amazing.

HISTORY
This car has never been in an accident or had any body work done on it. It has only seen ONE WINTER, as I purchased it in Atlanta and moved to Albany in April 2010. It has always been parked in a garage, no matter the location.

ISSUES
The car runs perfectly, passed inspection in October 2010 by the state and during the 55k service at Langan Audi in Latham, they found no issues with the engine or the car overall. The only issue is that the rims have some scratches, so I marked down the price a little to take note of this.
