I recently wrecked my A4 1.8T 5spd quattro. I am looking to sell the car as is with running engine good transmission and quattro drivetrain. 18" black wheels still in good shape. Also interior components are fine like seats, 6 disc CD player, door panels... etc.

Anyone have a 1.8t that lost a timing belt here is your solution.

where are you located?

 

you know if your timing belt broke before 105,000 miles audi can fix that all up for u. They actually lost a case back in 2005 on this issue and reimbursed those fully. Even recently many have been reimbursed, just took about a week of back and forth disputes with audi but itd be well worth it. Google it and check it out. The attorneys on this issue are located in PA. May be worth the time to look it over.

 

his engine runs fine, the body is damaged. he's offering up his engine for someone else who may have lost theirs to timing belt failure, but that's good info.

 

I am located in western North Carolina, Banner Elk, NC 28604 to be specific. Will deliver if within 350 miles of my zip or meet you in the middle so to speak, but not wanting to drive more than one tank of gas away from home in the truck.

In other words I will drive 350 miles one way.
