1999.5 A4 TQM 1.8t MUST SELL

1999.5 Audi A4 Quattro 5 speed $5000 FIRM located in Phoenix but has clean ohio title. Have people looking at it but need a quick sale I have another car to buy!!
1558XX on the car all maintenance has been done since I've owned the car and it runs and drives excellent.
114K - Front wheel bearings, new front brakes, transmission support bracket, new front suspension kit, new k03 turbo, coolant flush, valve cover gasket, dipstick gasket.
115K - new abs pump
121k - timing belt, waterpump, drive belts, tensioner, new spark plugs, new vacuum lines, rotate tires.
128K - replaced rear brakes, new tires (800 with warranty)
130K - fixed coolant leak
132K - New stage 3 clutch kit and 12lb flywheel installed 9 hours labor
135K - replaced both rear calipers due to one seizing up
137K - replaced both outer tie rods, alignment, snub mount install
146K - 150K tune up, new rear h&r race springs
154K - Brand new battery, cv boots on driver side, stainless steel lines, new valve cover gasket, front brake pads.
Rear pads have 85% left atleast.
1.8L turbo, quattro awd, 5 speed manual. Moon Roof, Bose sound, Leather with heated seats.
Melange Metallic on beige leather interior. Garage kept, I'm the 3rd owner I believe, clean title. I have all the maintenance records since I've owned the car at 111K. Oil changed religiously every 2500K with royal purple synthetic fluid.
Nothing mechanically wrong with the car, everything works great, driver seat is torn, arm rest is torn. Back seats are back in. Sound system is still in.
I have put a lot of money into the car in maintenance ($10,900 in receipts) as well as modifications ($7000+ ). Mods included in the sale are:
-Excedy Stage 3 clutch and 12 lb flywheel - $800 + install
-APR stage 1 software - $525
-H&R race springs on bilstein shocks - $800

-VDO boost gauge with red led $130

-shaved door moldings, lower trim painted same color as the car $1000

Flaws: Air bag light has been on for a while since I bought it. Torn driver seat and arm rest, everything else is in good shape.
Front bumper and hood have a decent amount of rock chips from the millage and from the car being so low
This car runs excellent, don't let the mileage scare you I have maintained it very well many parts on this car are newer just dont have them all listed.

Nope everything is on the car. Sorry. Last chance to buy the car it met my reserve on ebay at $5200 so bid if you want it!
