I am selling my A4 which has been a faithful transporter for nine years since new.
Five speed manual transmission with new clutch, 2.8 liter engine with
no engine modifications, 146000 mostly highway miles.

Color is Black with grey leather interior and has most options including:
Navigation system
6 disc CD changer
Moonroof
Cold weather package including heated seats and pass-through ski sack
Sport suspension
Fog lamps

Currently has four Blizzack tires mounted, also comes with four all season Pirellis.

I am expecting a baby girl in August and we have since purchased a Jetta TDI Wagon.
We don't need a second car at the moment since we both use public transportation.

You should go to Kelley Blue Book, NADA Guides and Edmunds and see what the trade-in value of your car is, use that as a guide. Also check what other Audis similar to yours in your area are selling for, then base your price on that.

For example kbb.com says an 1996 A4 with 150K miles would be $1700 trade-in and $2985 private sale for a car in excellent condition. Price it between those numbers after seeing how much others are selling for.

 

I KBB it and it says for a good condition A4 from 1996 with 106k miles would be sold around $5105 but i would be willing to give it away for 4500!
