I am going to be selling my car soon and buying a 2010 335i M-sport. My car has a list of issues that I no longer have the time to fix, so I'm not looking to re-coup any of my investment. I'd just like to pass it along to someone who will either drive it forever, or part it out.

This is my DD, and performs well. Pulls strong and sounds amazing.

Biggest Issues
Paint - VERY VERY rough....it was repainted by the previous owner, and it was not well done. The clear coat has come off in several spots, and there are several scratches. It will need a respray. This is NOT a showcar.

Suspension - The rear bushings have started squeaking over bumps - Will need replacement

Slight over-rev issue when rolling to a stop. I suspect it's either a clutch switch or wheel speed sensor. New parts arrive on Friday.

No A/C - The car has all of the components, but I have not yet recharged it. I can have this resolved for the next owner if my asking price is met.

Age It's a 14 year old car, so some typical B5 issues do exist (a few speakers are getting weak, armrest hinge, some wear on the front seats, 2 missing door molding pieces, etc etc)

So, that's the story on the car. The engine runs strong, it sounds OUTSTANDING, and it still performs great. But it is becoming too much for me to keep up with, especially with my busy schedule. This would be great for someone who is thinking about doing a V8 swap, or someone who wants a second car or solid winter beater.

The engine has roughly 130k miles. All new belts and and several sensors. The body has around 160k miles. The S4 cluster reads just under 120k miles. I can match up the cluster to an accurate mileage count to avoid any registration issues.

Asking price is $6500 OBO. Despite the list of issues, it's got a high value in parts alone. I just want it gone. That said, please throw me offers. I'm willing to work with you.
